1. About us
Recovery Supplements Pty Ltd (ABN 27 652 127 663) operates recovery-supplements.com.au. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.
2. Orders and payment
When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once we send your order confirmation email. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST, and payment is processed securely by Stripe. We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — where there is an obvious pricing or description error, the item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.
3. Pricing and GST
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. A tax invoice will be sent to your email address on successful payment.
4. Product information
We take care to describe our products accurately, but information on this site is general in nature and isn't a substitute for personalised advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, please consult your healthcare professional before use. Always read the label and use the product as directed.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, formulations, logos and branding — is the property of Recovery Supplements Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of resupply, and we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
