About Recovery Supplements

Recovery Supplements was created out of frustration with an industry built on hype. Walk into most supplement stores and you'll find proprietary blends, underdosed “hero” ingredients and claims that outrun the evidence. We thought active Australians deserved better — products formulated around what the research actually supports, at doses that matter, with nothing hidden behind a blend.

Our mission is simple: make the most rigorously formulated recovery supplements we can, and be transparent about every decision behind them. No proprietary blends, no inflated promises — just clearly labelled formulas and the rationale to back them up.

That comes down to a simple discipline. Every product starts with the peer-reviewed literature, is formulated to the doses the evidence supports, and ends with a label you can read and verify yourself. If we can't stand behind it, it doesn't go in.

Our supplements are manufactured in Australia in a GMP-certified facility and independently third-party tested for purity and potency, batch after batch — the same standard a practitioner would expect, because many of our customers are practitioners.
