Ingredients
Hydrolysed collagen peptides (bovine) (91%), citric acid, natural flavour, steviol glycosides, sodium hyaluronate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), manganese gluconate, copper gluconate. Per 16.5 g serve: hydrolysed collagen peptides 15 g, vitamin C 50 mg, sodium hyaluronate 80 mg, manganese 2 mg, copper 1 mg.
Directions
Mix one 16.5 g scoop (one serve) into 200–250 mL of water and stir until dissolved. Commonly taken 30–60 minutes before a training or loading session; on non-training days, take at any convenient time. Store cool and dry, out of direct light, and reseal after use. Follow the directions on the pouch label. Not suitable for children under 15 years or pregnant women; should be used only under medical or dietetic supervision.
