This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we store, use and protect it.
2. Information we collect
We collect personal information you provide when you place an order, contact us, or apply to become a partner. This includes your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, order history, and any details you choose to share in messages or reviews. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) and are never seen or stored by us. We also collect limited technical information — such as your device, browser and usage data — when you visit our website.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to process and fulfil orders, send transactional emails (order confirmations, dispatch and tracking updates, and review requests), provide customer support, administer the partner program, prevent fraud, meet our legal and tax obligations, and improve our products and services. With your consent, we may also send you marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only as needed: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (website hosting). Some of these providers may process or store data outside Australia. We don't sell your personal information. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
5. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and access controls limiting who can view your data. Payment card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any suspected breach.
6. Your rights
Under the APPs you may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it's inaccurate. You may also ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain. To make a request, contact us using the details below. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, you may complain to us first and then, if unresolved, to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
