Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only. We don't offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is free on every order, Australia-wide. All prices shown at checkout are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST, with no additional shipping charge applied.
Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2pm AEST, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, Australia-wide. Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take a little longer. These timeframes are estimates provided by our carrier and aren't guaranteed.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received it within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@recovery-supplements.com.au within 14 days of the expected delivery date. For damaged items, please include a photo. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
